Dibs Mahanta is a seasoned healthcare professional with an excellent track record in Systems Implementation and Application Integrations in both payer and provider spaces. In his leadership role, Dibs was instrumental in setting up the First Consulting Group’s offshore Health Delivery and Shared Services practice, catering to clients like UPHS, UHHS, Centura,Cedars Sinai, BCBS Louisiana and many more. As a Director of Implementation at Optum, he played a key role in implementing the HIX system for the Massachusetts Health Connector. Dibs is one of the founders at Agile Health Technologies Inc and also the Chief Executive at ClearCycle Corporation.
Dibs holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and a PMI Project Management Professional certification. Dibs is also a six-sigma black belt.
