John Hallam is a seasoned Healthcare leader specializing in Enterprise Architecture with a strong blend of technical and business expertise. Skilled at managing relationships with key stakeholders and C-Level personal to drive business requirements, John is experienced at managing multi-functional teams taking technology products and services to market and successfully implemented multiple large Healthcare implementations projects. Prior to joining Agile Health, John Hallam was a technology leader at Optum, leading large enterprise implementations for Health Plans and Providers. John also worked as Director of implementation at CSC and First Consulting Group and experienced in aligning multi-level subject matter experts within teams on behalf of customers to drive high utilization, lower costs, revenue margin and successful mitigation of risk.
